We are so excited to bring back our DIY Hat Bar on Black Friday.  This will be an open studio time from 1-4pm where you can design your very own wide brimmed fedora style hat.  Upon arrival at the studio, you will choose your hat color/style (colors may vary from demo).  Then we will have stencils available for you to trace your chosen design (we will have various floral and vine designs for you to choose from...but feel free to bring your own stencil as well).  Once traced, you can wood burn your design on your hat or you also have the option of painting the design on there too (or do both).  Then we will have a trim piece for you to add to your hat...Cost of the class will include: 1-Wide Brimmed Fedora Style Hat (Colors may differ from demo), and 1 piece of trim.  Feel free to bring any items you may want to add to your hat.

Open Painting is a flexible time when the studio is open for individuals or small groups.  Arrive anytime between 12-3pm but just note...open paint ends at 3pm so plan accordingly!  No step by step instruction is provided however we always have a friendly staff member available to help. Copy something from our walls or come up with your own design - There are no rules at The Paint Factory!

Open Paint includes all materials and a 16x20 canvas. Additional canvases or upgrades to larger or specialty canvases are available for an additional fee (depending on inventory availability)

Join us for a fun day of painting your own Tree Skirt!  This will be an open studio style from 12-3 so no formal instruction will be provided.  Choose from either of the featured demo designs (a stencil will be provided if you choose the Christmas Truck style and you can choose any color if you choose the Blue Evergreen design)...Or go rogue and paint whatever you like..(colors can be customized to match your Christmas decor)...Due to the size of this size of this project (approximately 3' in diameter) SPOTS ARE VERY LIMITED.  This project can take at least 3 hours to finish so plan accordingly!  (***No Free Class Cards***).

Christmas Cow at Muddy Cow ***NO FREE CLASS CARDS***

We are soooooo excited to make our debut at Muddy Cow in Hutchinson in December and we are debuting the brand new "Christmas Cow" painting on a 16" x 20" canvas (and better yet the cow will be pre-sketched on there for you)...Cost of the evening is $45/each and includes 1 pre-sketched canvas, instruction..We will walk you step by step through "Christmas Cow"...NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED ...This will be an awesome night of painting in the private party room at Muddy Cow Hutchinson located at 35 3rd Ave SE, Hutchinson, MN. Join us for our next Paint and Praise Night (and this time we are making it Christmas themed Paint n Praise).  We will create this beautiful "Silent Night" scene while listening to our favorite Christmas Praise and Worship Songs.  We will walk you step by step through this mixed media project with a framed Silent Night Hymn Sheet (and you can paint the frame whatever color you like).

Mommy-Daddy n Me Painting Day ***NO FREE CLASS CARDS***

Join us Sun Dec 15th from 1-4pm to create your very own handprint masterpiece with your little Picassos (Kids of All Ages are welcome to participate).  Prior to your arrival at the studio, Tara will sketch the background of your chosen painting on a 16" x 20" framed canvas.  Choose your time slot!  You can choose any time you would like to come during the 1-4pm timeframe (but please make sure and come as close to your timeframe as possible).  We want to make sure all your materials are ready for you.  (You can also take your project home as a Take Home Kit) if you do not want to stay and paint it at the studio.  Upon your arrival at the studio, we will set up your painting station, get you the painting colors you need, and help walk you through the easiest way to get your little's prints on your canvas.  Then you can paint your frame whatever color you like, add anything extra you would like as well as we will have paint markers available for you to add a fun saying on your painting.  This would be a great idea for a fun Christmas Gift!

We are soooooo excited to return to Jomas Hill Winery in December and this time we are painting Christmas Characters on Wine Bottles. Cost of the evening is $45/each and includes 2 primed wine bottles (sorry they are empty) and you get to choose your favorite 2 of the 4 characters pictured to paint from the ones pictured here...We will walk you step by step through each of these characters (you may also choose to go rogue and paint your own thing)...NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED ...This will be an awesome night of painting in the beautiful tasting room at Jomas Hill Winery located at 67755 205th St Darwin, MN.
