Join us Mon March 30th at 6:30pm for an evening of Painting for a Purpose…2B CONTINUED. This evening will include painting your choice of “Farmhouse” or “Don’t Fence Me In”…Tara will walk you step by step through both of these beautiful paintings (and don’t worry…we will even have the farmhouse and the fence post sketched on the canvas for you)…Cost is $35 per person with $10 per person being donated 2B CONTINUED…Plus Mike and Michelle Kiefer, one of 2B CONTINUED Dancing Couples, will be heading up a Silent Auction with funds being donated directly to 2B CONTINUED…a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the mission to increase awareness of suicide prevention).

I’m originally from Hutchinson so I’m a midwest girl at heart. I graduated from Gustavus with a degree in Psychology and English and moved to Denver, CO in 1999. I’ve spent the last 15 years in the “real world” of sales, marketing, ministry, and my passion of golf at an amazing resort/golf club. In 2010 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and life took a complete 180 degree turn. Before my treatments I went to my first painting class at Canvas and Cocktails in Denver. This studio soon became my refuge place where I could get lost in creativity and fellowship with my family and friends. Three years later, I knew I wanted to bring this concept to MN.
