Here are the details on In Studio Private Parties:

  • In studio Private Events can be booked Mondays or Wednesdays if we are not already hosting a class in the studio depending on availability.  Book early though as space fills up fast.
  • You choose the painting! There are a variety of paintings featured on our website, but feel free to stop by our studio to see our full collection!
  • There is a 15 painter minimum at $40/painter (private parties are not available on the weekends due to classes in the studio).  Cost includes 16”x20” canvas, paint, easel, brushes, apron & instruction.  Cost may be higher for Specialty Classes.

Canvas to Go

Love the idea of painting and drinking but want to do it in the comfort of your own venue? Want to have your team building event on site? Hosting a dinner party and want a little added entertainment?

Let us bring the fun to you!

Here are the details on Off Site Private Parties (Canvas to Go):

  • Off Site Private Parties/Canvas to Gos can be booked Mondays or Wednesdays if we are not already hosting an event in the studio. Our instructor/team will arrive early to set up and help with painting and clean up.
  • You choose the painting! There are a variety featured on our website, but feel free to stop by our studio and check out our full collection!
  • There is a 20 painter minimum for us to come to you.
  • The cost is $50 per painter and includes all materials: a 16×20 canvas, paints, brushes, etc. Cost may be higher for Specialty Classes.
  • There is also a $200 travel/set up fee…This includes travel to anywhere less than 30 miles from our studio in Hutchinson. This also includes set up for art materials: paper for your tables, water cups, napkins, easels and aprons.
  • We are able to travel to other cities. Please Call or Contact Us for pricing information.

Kid’s Private Birthday Parties

Come celebrate your child’s special day with us.  Kid’s Private Birthday Parties can be booked anytime Mondays or Wednesdays or other flexible daytimes on weekdays (no weekends available for Private Parties).  Special packages are available…pricing starts at $30 per child (Under 12 years of age) with a minimum party of 15 needed to book.
