Join us for a special event on Wednesday June 16th at 6:30pm on location at Riverside Church in Hutch (20924 Highway 7 W in Hutchinson)…This is a special collaboration event between The Paint Factory and Riverside’s Love Much in Hutch event where we will be donating a portion of the proceeds from the painting to Heart of MN Animal Shelter. What to know…anyone can register! We will walk you step by step through this fun floral painting and then at the end we will be adding your favorite furry friend’s paw prints to make our flowers (don’t worry if you don’t have a furry friend but still want to come, we will teach you how to paint some other fun flowers)…the kicker is your furry friend…obviously it will be very difficult to have them there during the first part of the painting so here are the options on getting them involved! The painting will start at 6:30pm so don’t be late! We will complete the background first and then take a drying break…after dry break we will paint on some grass and then around 7:30pm it’s time for the paw print flowers…if you would like your dog/cat to join you on site, you can have someone bring them for their part of the painting at 7:30pm…following our paw prints we will add the finishing touches to the painting inside (as long as your furry friend has someone to watch him/her they may remain outside for our group photo at the very end…otherwise they are free to head out after their part is complete). If that sounds a bit chaotic, we will also have the option for you to bring some paint home with you to complete the paw prints at home. You will note your preference when registering. Please also make sure that if you are bringing your furry friend, that they are indeed friendly and get along with other animals. It should be a dog-gone good time! ***No refunds or changing of dates…no free class cards***

I’m originally from Hutchinson so I’m a midwest girl at heart. I graduated from Gustavus with a degree in Psychology and English and moved to Denver, CO in 1999. I’ve spent the last 15 years in the “real world” of sales, marketing, ministry, and my passion of golf at an amazing resort/golf club. In 2010 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and life took a complete 180 degree turn. Before my treatments I went to my first painting class at Canvas and Cocktails in Denver. This studio soon became my refuge place where I could get lost in creativity and fellowship with my family and friends. Three years later, I knew I wanted to bring this concept to MN.
